When will a style be restocked?

Unfortunately we never know as to when/if we are restocking a particular style. But you can keep in the loop with our Instagram (@struttfashion) and Facebook (facebook.com/struttfashion) pages as we post constant updates of new arrivals, including any styles that we have been able to restock! 

I have not received my parcel and I think it’s missing, what happens now?

No need to panic, you just need to email us at sales@struttfashion.com.au to let us know if this has occurred. If enough time has lapsed and your parcel has not yet arrived, you will need to contact your local Post Office who may well be holding your parcel and awaiting your pick-up.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order delivery is dependent on what service you select. Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3 - 5 working days depending on your location. Express shipping is 1 - 3 working days. Please note your parcel is being sent from Brisbane so delivery times are relevant from this location.

I tried to track my parcel but the tracking number is not working, why is this?

Please wait at least 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel. If 24 hours have passed and your search is still not displaying your parcel, feel free to email sales@struttfashion.com.au and we will conduct a search through Australia Post Services.

I just places an order, when will you be sending this out to me?

Once you have placed your order, we strive to get it shipped ASAP! Generally, if your order is placed after 9:30AM it will be processed the following business day. However, please note orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How do I return an item?

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You will need to contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Strutt cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Strutt, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Strutt. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
